Application of sophisticated algorithms to the modeling of various phenomena and to assist their large-scale simulations is a new frontier of computational mechanics. The main aim of this mini-symposium is to provide an opportunity to exchange new ideas and results in the fields of computer simulations and algorithms for various social problems such as urban, traffic, economic and marketing problems.
