Nowadays, leading supercomputers offer the computing power of petascale, and exascale systems are expected to appear in a few years. This mini-symposium aims to gather recent achievements on cutting-edge computational technologies in finite elements, finite difference, finite volume, meshless and particle methods on the recent supercomputers. The phenomena to be addressed are solid, fluid, thermal, multi-physics and multi-scale phenomena.
